Reorder Radar

Terms of service

Last updated September 15, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Reorder Radar website, free tools and Shopify app, provided by RedRose. By installing the app or using the site you agree to them. Questions: redroseads1@gmail.com.

1. The service

Reorder Radar analyzes store data to estimate demand and suggest reorder timing and quantities. Recommendations are estimates based on historical data and the settings you provide. They are decision support, not guarantees. You remain responsible for your purchasing decisions, supplier relationships and inventory.

2. Accounts and access

You must have authority to install apps on the Shopify store you connect. You are responsible for activity under your store's installation and for keeping supplier information you enter accurate.

3. Plans, trials and billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify on a recurring basis at the price shown when you choose a plan. Free trials convert to the selected plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can change or cancel your plan from the app. Charges already billed are handled under Shopify's billing policies. Development and test stores are not charged.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other stores' data, reverse engineer access controls, overload the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Your data

You own your store data. You grant us a license to process it only to provide and improve the service, as described in the privacy policy. We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics (for example, average forecast accuracy) that cannot identify you or your store.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable operation but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features; we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what a paid plan includes.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales, lost profits or excess inventory costs, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend access for material breach of these terms. Data deletion after uninstall follows the privacy policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer or business protections where you are located apply.
