Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You choose the plan inside Shopify when you install. Where a plan has a trial, nothing is charged until it ends, and cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
How am I billed?
Through Shopify. The charge appears on your Shopify invoice. Change or cancel your plan from inside the app at any time, without contacting anyone.
What counts as a SKU?
Each active, inventory-tracked product variant. Variants you exclude in the app don't count. If you go over your plan's limit, the app keeps working for your fastest-moving SKUs and asks you to upgrade; it never deletes data.
Is there a difference in features between plans?
No. Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ only by how many SKUs are tracked, and Scale adds priority email support.
Are these prices final?
They're introductory prices while the app is new. If they change, the change applies to new subscribers; your subscription keeps the price you accepted in Shopify.
